Cold-Water Icing

Ingredients

• 1 cup confectioner's sugar
• 2 tablespoons cold water
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Add the sugar to the water and lemon juice, beat together thoroughly, and spread on any desired cake.
