Soda Biscuit

Ingredients

• 1 quart of sifted flour
• 1 teaspoonful of soda
• 2 teaspoonfuls of cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoonful of salt
• 2 tablespoonfuls of butter
• 1 pint of sweet milk

Instructions

Mix flour, soda, cream of tartar, and salt thoroughly, and rub in butter and wet with sweet milk. Bake in a quick oven.
