Ripe Currant Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cupful of mashed ripe currants
  • 1 cupful of sugar
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of water
  • 1 tablespoonful of flour, beaten with the yolks of the eggs
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Bake; frost the top with the beaten whites of the eggs and two tablespoonfuls powdered sugar and brown in oven.
