Orange Tartlets


  • juice of 2 large oranges and the grated peel of one
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoonful of butter
  • 1 good teaspoonful of cornstarch
  • juice of 1/2 lemon


Take the juice of the oranges and the grated peel, sugar, butter; stir in cornstarch into the lemon juice and add to the mixture. Beat all well together and bake in tart shells without cover.
