Mixed Summer Salad

Ingredients

• 3 heads of lettuce
• 2 teaspoonfuls of green mustard leaves
• 1 handful of water cresses
• 5 tender radishes
• 1 cucumber
• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• 2 teaspoonfuls of white sugar
• 1 teaspoonful of salt
• 1 teaspoonful of pepper
• 1 teaspoonful of made mustard
• 1 teacupful of vinegar
• 1/2 teacupful of oil

Instructions

Mix all well together, and serve with a lump of ice in the middle.
