Lemon Tartlets No. 2


  • juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
  • 2 cupfuls of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • crumbs of sponge cake
  • puff paste


Mix well together the juice and grated rind, sugar, eggs and the crumbs of sponge cake; beat it all together until smooth; put into twelve patty-pans lined with puff paste and bake until the crust is done.
