Graham Griddle-Cakes


  • 2 cups of Graham flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 heaping teaspoonfuls of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of salt
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 1 tablespoonful of lard or butter melted
  • 3 cups of sweet milk


Mix together dry Graham flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Then add eggs, lard or butter and sweet milk. Cook immediately on a hot griddle.
