Cheese Custard

For three persons.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of grated parmesan cheese
  • whites of 3 eggs beaten to a stiff froth
  • a little pepper, salt and cayenne
  • a little milk or cream to mix

Instructions

Bake for a quarter of an hour.
