Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint of shrimps
  • 1 spoonful of anchovy liquor
  • 1 pound of thick melted butter
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

Wash the shrimps very clean; mince and put them in a stew-pan, with the anchovy liquor, and melted butter; boil it up for five minutes, and squeeze in the lemon. Toss it up, and put it in a sauce-boat.
