Quick Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 quart of milk
  • 1 quart of flour
  • a little salt
  • 1 tablespoon molten butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

Beat the eggs very light; then gradually mix in the milk, flour and salt; add melted butter.

Pour into the waffle iron and bake at once.

Grease irons well and do not put in too much batter.
