Orange Pie

Ingredients

• 1 large grated apple
• 1 orange, grated rind and juice
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• butter size of an egg

Instructions

Grate apple; add orange, sugar, butter and yolks. Beat whites and add lastly. Bake slowly in open shells.
