Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 24 ears of corn
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 pints vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground mustard
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed

Instructions

Boil the corn twenty minutes on cob. Cut off cob; chop the cabbage, green peppers, and red pepper. Mix together. Put in kettle with the vinegar, salt, ground mustard, sugar, and celery seed. Cook 20 minutes.
