Windsor Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of semolina
  • 1 ounce of candied peel
  • 1/2 pint of milk
  • 1/4 pound of treacle

Instructions

Mix the milk smoothly with the semolina.

Then put it into a saucepan and stir until it thickens.

Add the treacle and candied peel; pour it into a pie-dish.

Bake for about thirty minutes.
