Pearl-Barley Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce of pearl barley
  • 1 pint of milk
  • 2 ounces of moist sugar

Instructions

Put the barley to soak in cold water all night.

Then pour away the water and put the barley into a pie-dish.

Add the sugar and milk; and bake in a moderate oven for three hours.
