Eggs sur le Plat

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 ounce of butter
  • pepper and salt

Instructions

Take a dish that will stand the heat of the oven; melt the butter in it.

Break the eggs on to it very carefully.

Pepper and salt them, and put them into the oven until they are set.

They must be served on the same dish.
