Ravioli of Curds and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch of spinach
  • 1/2 pound of curds
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dash of nutmeg
  • grated cheese

Instructions

Cook the spinach, drain, and chop up fine, add the curds, egg, salt and pepper, nutmeg, and a little grated cheese. Add to the paste, and boil for ten minutes in salted water.
