Onions 'Alla Parmegiana'

Ingredients

  • 6 onions
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter

Instructions

Take onions. Take out the centers with an apple-corer and fill them up with the following stuffing: 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese mixed with hard-boiled eggs and chopped parsley. Boil them first, then roll them in flour and fry them in olive-oil or butter. Then put them in a baking-dish with 1/2 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and the melted butter. Put them in the oven and bake until golden.
