Eggs with Piquante Sauce


  • 1 pickled pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • 1/2 small pickled onion
  • 1 pickle
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • juice of 1/2 of lemon
  • pinch of flour
  • 4 eggs


Chop up fine pickled pepper, capers, small pickled onion and pickle, and some parsley.

Dissolve in boiling water butter, add the juice of lemon, flour to give a little body, and the chopped pickles. If too sour add some sugar.

Hard boil eggs, cut them in four, and pour over them the sauce.
