Eggs with Peas
- 1 1/2 cups of green peas
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of good butter
- pinch of salt
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
Take green peas, and cook them with butter, and a pinch of salt.
Take hard-boiled eggs, cut them in two lengthwise, and put them on a platter.
Pour over them the peas as a sauce.
