'Alla Panna' Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of butter
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • grated nutmeg
  • 1 pint of cream
  • parsley

Instructions

Melt the butter, add a little flour, salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.

Stir until thick, then add the cream, a little chopped parsley, and heat for five minutes.
