Agro Dolce Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (brown or white)
- 1/2 a cup of currants
- 1/4 of a bar of grated chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of chopped candied orange
- 1 tablespoon of lemon-peel
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 cup of vinegar
Mix well together and let soak for two hours.
Pour it over venison or veal, and simmer for ten minutes.
