Crab Sandwiches


  • 6 hard-boiled crabs
  • 4 tablespoonfuls of mayonnaise dressing


Remove the meat from the crabs; mix it with the mayonnaise dressing; put it between slices of bread and butter and press two together; trim off the crusts, cut into triangles and serve at once.

Crab and lobster sandwiches should not be allowed to stand for more than an hour, and then must be wrapped carefully in a clean, damp cloth.
