Corned Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • cold cooked corned beef
  • 1 teaspoonful of horseradish
  • 4 tablespoonfuls of melted butter or olive oil
  • 4 or 5 tablespoonfuls of finely-shredded water cress

Instructions

Chop sufficient cold cooked corned beef to make a pint. Add to it the horseradish, melted butter or olive oil and water cress. Put this between slices of buttered whole wheat or brown bread; trim the crusts and cut into triangles.
