Livournaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise dressing
  • grating of nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoonful of chopped parsley
  • pulp of 8 anchovies

Instructions

To mayonnaise dressing add nutmeg, chopped parsley and anchovies.

To prepare the anchovies, wash, dry, remove skin and bones and pound to a pulp in a mortar.
