Rub lard and butter into sifted flour. Into a well in the center of flour, cold boiled milk, and add yeast or dry yeast, dissolved in warm water, sugar, and a little salt. Set at one o'clock; make up at two o'clock, and put in pans at half past four for six o'clock tea. Keep in warm place.
