French Bread Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 pint bread-crumbs
• 1 pint milk
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups or less flour
• 1/2 cup or less butter

Instructions

Scald milk, and pour over bread crumbs at night to make a batter. Bake like buckwheats.
