Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

• whites of 11 eggs
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoonful of cream tartar
• 1 teaspoonful of almond extract
• 1/2 teaspoonful of salt

Instructions

Sift sugar once; flour three times; add cream tartar to flour, and sift three times. Bake forty minutes.
