Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of flour
  • 3 pints of skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • nutmeg
  • salt

Instructions

Mix smoothly, and pour the pudding into the greased dish, and bake it under the meat, as recommended in the recipe for Baked Beef and Potatoes.
