Wine Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 box of gelatine
  • 1/2 cup of sherry

Instructions

Dissolve gelatine in sherry over a steamer, when dissolved, strain into cream, and put in a mould and in a cool place.
