Victoria Pudding

Ingredients

  • weight of two eggs in butter, sugar, and flour
  • 2 tablespoons of marmalade
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda

Instructions

Butter and sugar to be beaten to a cream, add the well beaten eggs, marmalade, then the sifted flour, soda dissolved in boiling water. Steam for three hours, not less.
