Queen Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract
  • 2 eggs
  • a few currants

Instructions

Beat eggs with sugar, add butter melted, then the flour and essence of lemon, sprinkle a few currants at the bottom of small moulds. Bake about fifteen minutes.
