Currant Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 7 pounds of currants
  • 6 pounds of sugar
  • 2 pounds of raisins
  • 2 oranges

Instructions

Cook one and one half hours. Strain out the juice of currants, seed the raisins, and chop fine. Use all of the orange but the seeds, chop fine.
