Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

• 4 cups sugar (white)
• 2 cups milk
• 1 pound butter
• 1 cup grated chocolate
• vanilla to taste
• nuts may be added

Instructions

Boil and beat thoroughly (as for sucre à la crême) pour on buttered plates and cut into squares.
