Turkey Soup, Italian


  • 3 ounces of macaroni
  • 2 1/2 pints of turkey stock
  • 2 onions, cut fine
  • tiny bit of garlic


Cook macaroni in one quart of boiling water for twenty minutes and then drain and blanch under running water. Place in a saucepan and add turkey stock, onions, and garlic. Cook slowly for fifteen minutes and then serve with grated cheese.
