Tartare Sauce for Fried Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise dressing
  • 1 medium sized pickle, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon of grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons of minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

Blend well before serving.
