Sardine Sandwiches


  • 1 box of sardines
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 onion
  • 6 tablespoons of salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika


Open a box of sardines and then drain free from oil. Remove the skin and bone and then mash very fine.

Add eggs, green pepper, and onion. Chop all fine and mix to a paste with salad dressing, salt and paprika.

Spread between the prepared bread and then cut into two pieces. Wrap in wax-paper until needed.
