Ravigotte Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Instructions

Chop parsley very fine. Place in a bowl with green pepper, onion and leek. Add mayonnaise, salt, paprika, mustard and lemon juice. Blend well to thoroughly mix.
