Plain Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 quart of milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoonful nutmeg
• 5 cupfuls sifted flour
• 4 tablespoonfuls syrup
• 5 level teaspoonfuls baking powder

Instructions

Place milk in a bowl and then add rest of ingredients. Beat to mix and then bake.

To insure sufficient cakes use two pans for cooking or bake on a griddle.
