- 1 quart of peeled and sliced peaches
- 1 pound of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- juice of 1 lemon
Place peaches in a saucepan and add sugar and water. Cook until the fruit is soft and then rub through a fine sieve and add lemon juice.
- 1/2 cup of the peach mixture
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice
Place in a glass and fill with carbonated water.
