Peach Cup


  • 1 quart of peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 pound of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • juice of 1 lemon


Place peaches in a saucepan and add sugar and water. Cook until the fruit is soft and then rub through a fine sieve and add lemon juice.

To use

  • 1/2 cup of the peach mixture
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 1/2 cup of crushed ice

Place in a glass and fill with carbonated water.
