Olive Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cottage or pot cheese
  • 1 red pepper, minced very fine
  • 1 tablespoon of grated onion
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped olives
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions

Form into balls and then place in a nest of lettuce. Serve with French dressing.
