Nut and Pepper Croquettes


  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 cup of cream sauce
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of grated cheese


Mince green peppers and onions very fine and then parboil and drain. Turn on a cloth and pat dry. Place in a bowl and add cream sauce, nuts, salt, paprika, and grated cheese. Mix thoroughly and then pour on a large platter and allow to cool, then finish as directed for cheese croquettes.
