Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup of diced and parboiled mushrooms
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley

Instructions

Place milk in a saucepan and add flour. Stir until dissolved and then bring to a boil. Cook for five minutes and then add mushrooms, egg, salt, paprika, and parsley. Beat to mix and then cook for two minutes and use.
