Minced Giblets on Toast


  • giblets
  • 1 onion
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup of canned tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon of mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste


Cook the giblets for one hour in one pint of water. Put through the food chopper, adding onions, hard-boiled egg, and tomatoes. Season with mustard, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve on toasted strips of bread for luncheon.
