Maintenon Sauce (for Au Gratin Dishes)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of medium cream sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of finely minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of grated onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Instructions

Blend well.
