Italian Canape

Ingredients

  • 2 branches of parsley
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of salad oil

Instructions

Mince fine the parsley, onion, and green pepper. Cook until soft, taking care not to brown, in the salad oil. Now toast thin slices of cornbread slightly and spread with this mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika.
