Fagot of Soup Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 branch of parsley
  • 1/4 leek
  • 2 branches of thyme
  • 1/2 carrot, cut lengthwise
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

Place in separate piles. Tie in bunches and then dry thoroughly and place in a fruit jar until needed.
