Eggs a la Grenadier


  • 3 ounces of macaroni
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • 5 pimentos
  • 5 poached eggs


Cook macaroni and then place in a bowl, and season highly. Add onion and parsley. Now fill into the pimentos. Place in a baking pan and bake for fifteen minutes. Remove and then place on a hot platter, flattening well; then place one poached egg on each pepper. Cover with cheese sauce and garnish with parsley.
