Cream Finnan Haddie


  • fish
  • cream sauce
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 onion grated
  • 5 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of butter


Cover the fish with cold water and then bring to a boil. Drain and cover with cream sauce. Now add green pepper, onion, parsley, and butter. Simmer slowly for ten minutes to cook the herbs; then lift to the toast.
