Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 green peppers, chopped fine
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar

Instructions

Shred cabbage fine and place in salted water for one-half hour. Drain well and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix.
