Chocolate Butter Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of butter
  • 2 1/2 cups of XXXX sugar
  • 3/4 cup of cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 4 tablespoonfuls of boiling coffee

Instructions

Place butter in a bowl and beat to a cream. Add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, and boiling coffee. Beat to a smooth cream and then spread on the cake.
